Scotland - Personal Licence Revocations - the race to surrender - now too late in Argyll and Bute!

It is being reported now that Argyll and Bute Licensing Board has revoked 385 personal licences for the sale of alcoholic liquor across the area because the licence-holders in question had failed to show that they had undergone refresher training five years after their licence was issued.
