New Statutory Guidance Issued Under the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025

The Government has published its statutory guidance on the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 (Martyn’s Law) and has been issued pursuant to section 27 of the Act.

The Guidance, has been drafted to support those responsible for premises and events in scope of the Act to meet their legal requirements, specifically in respect of Standard Duty and the Enhanced Duty.
