Covid 19 - What you need to know - Police Briefing

We have previously reported about guidance published by the College of Policing regarding Policing the restrictions imposed by the Government in response to the Covid19 outbreak.

The National Police Chiefs’ Council and College of Policing have now issued a briefing on the Coronavirus Act which provides powers relating to potentially infectious persons and powers to the Secretary of State to issue directions relating to events, gatherings and premises.
