Michelle has significant expertise in the field of licensing and conducts a wide range of complex applications, with a specialty in applications for new developments and greenfield sites. As well as being our training Partner, Michelle is a regular presenter of the firm’s training course for Personal Licence Applicants (NCPLH) and holds the qualification herself.
An area of particular interest to Michelle is the forthcoming changes to smoking legislation, and Michelle is actively involved in an advisory role to several client committees tasked with making sure that their licensed premises comply with this new legislation. She regularly holds training sessions with clients on all aspects of the Licensing Act 2003.
Michelle has a long association with the local Scout movement, and is a keen mountain climber.
