We have dedicated licensing terms known as “gaunts licensing application support service” or ‘glass’ backed by a computerised case management system.

Ongoing support and assistance is provided by the Team in such matters as Personal Licence Applications, licence detail changes, appointments of Designated Premises Supervisor, changes to Premises Licence details, Temporary Event Notices and Administration of the course for the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders.

An Extranet service accessing key licensing detail is available to multiple operating clients.

Clients are provided with a 24 hour helpline manned by Partners of the firm in respect of any urgent problem.
