PPL Draft Consultation: Code of Conduct for Licensees

Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL) has released a consultation document on draft codes of conduct for licensees and members (in other words eligible performers) which will lead to the introduction of two documents in November 2012, a Code of Conduct for licensees and prospective licensees; and a Code of Conduct for their members and prospective members.

The Codes will contain important information about PPL including sections on customer service, tariffs, what licensees and members can expect from them, and how you can assist them to help you.

PPL are now inviting comments from interested parties, including in particular their existing, new and prospective licensees and members (and their representative bodies). The Consultation closes on the 19^th October.
