Longleat Hotels

It has been reported that the Longleat estate has bought two former Von Essen hotels out of administration; the 21 bedroom Homewood Park Hotel at Hinton Charterhouse and the Bishopstrow House Hotel at Warminster.

JG&P were retained to assist Longleat in terms of licensing during the acquisition process and will be advising in connection with the ongoing licensing and development of the hotels.

John Gaunt said ‘we are delighted to have been retained by Longleat on its new venture into hotels and look forward to working with them closely in the future’.
