We are seeing suggestions that the majority of the licensing provisions within PR&SR Act are intended to be brought into force in April 2012 but possibly with EMROs, the Late Night Levy and adjustments to licensing fees coming into being in October 2012.
We will continue to monitor developments but a lot has to be achieved before this can occur and it is very important that the licensed trade does not lose any opportunity to have its voice heard in the intervening period.
