Scotland - imminent changes to the law

There is much more to the changes to the licensing laws in Scotland coming into effect on 1 October 2011 than just the mandatory imposition of Challenge 25.

Some of the changes are complex - complex changes to an already complex regime.

Help is at hand however. The Scottish Wholesale Association and the Scottish Grocers Association have produced a ‘finger tip' guide principally directed at the off-licensed trade which is available on line or to down load free of charge here.
