The Frog & Parrott is Sheffield's Best Bar None

The awards ceremony for Sheffield’s first Best Bar None scheme took place last night (27th January 2010) at The Cutlers’ Hall. The Frog and Parrot on Division Street was crowned Sheffield City Centre’s Best overall outlet from all the categories.  This ‘John Gaunt & Partners’ award was presented to The Frog and Parrot team by partner John Gaunt.

The announcement was made after a seven-month process where the 45 licensed premises that entered the scheme were visited by independently trained assessors to verify their operational standards and best practice. The premises were then shortlisted and the results presented to a panel of judges to decide the winners.

We were very pleased to have been involved in the project as main sponsors and have already committed to support the 2010 awards.
