PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATIONS

A venue licence which authorises certain licensable activities including alcohol and entertainment

Since the Licensing Act 2003 came into force in November 2005, premises licences are required for the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment, indoor sporting events, and sales of hot food and drink between 23:00 and 05:00.

Applications need to be correctly lodged, served, and advertised in order to be valid, but most importantly, the licence applied for needs to suit the needs of those using the premises.

We can create a premises licence application which best suits your venture, and we can assist you in all aspects, from pre-application negotiations with Responsible Authorities, to complying with all the legal requirements, negotiating with interested parties, through to attending any hearing in front of your local Licensing Authority.

For all licensing applications please contact Tim Shield or Craig Burman on 0114 266 8664, or fill in the enquiry form and submit it to us on line. We will respond before the end of the next working day.

Annual Fee Paid For Premises Licences

Although premises licences do not expire, an annual fee is payable on the anniversary of the licence. We can co-ordinate the payment of annual fees to ensure continuity of licensing.
