21.02.05; Planning use class update and changes
1. Changes to the Planning Use Classes, due to be implemented on 21 April 2005 may not immediately affect licensed premises but will have potentially profound implications for the future.

7/2/05; HMG revise forms!
2. To coincide with the First Appointed Day(!), the Government have tinkered to a minor extent with the forms as previously published. These are available on the DCMS website and have been converted into Word format by us as with the previous ones.

3. Application Forms in "WORD" format

Although the published reform application forms are only available in PDF format (and are therefore unmanageable on a computer) we have managed to convert them into "Word" - copies are available on request.

4. HMG finally publish most of the outstanding regulations for reform.

7. Licensing Minister Richard Caborn agrees to meet JG&P
Richard Caborn, through Jill Phillips one of our solicitors, has agreed to meet with us in early February when we hope to put to him various matters where we feel further clarification is required over the reform process or where concerns arise.
